| APPLICATION
The pneumatic sorter type SWK is designed to orientation of caps and then to deliver them to closing machine using skid ramp and feeder. Depending on type of used sorting disk, the equipment can serve to orientation of 12 to 80 mm height caps both plastic and metal made.
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
The pneumatic sorter consists of charging hopper, pneumatic system, drive mechanism driving sorting disk, and upper skid ramp. Disk used in the pneumatic sorter has recessions, to which caps are passing during rotation. Sorting of caps is ensured by system of blowing nozzles, placed in lower part of the sorter. System of blowing nozzles ensures rejection of inadequate oriented caps from the disk as well as blowing out excessive caps into sorting chamber. Correctly oriented caps are picked by skid ramp and go to the closing machine through feeder and receiving plate.
