APPLICATION
The pneumatic sorter type Fin Korek – Maxi-Crown is designed to orientation of caps and then to deliver them to closing machine using skid ramp and feeder. It is used to sorting of caps type Fin Korek –
Maxi-Crown.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
The pneumatic sorter type Fin Korek – Maxi-Crown consists of charging hopper, pneumatic system, drive mechanism driving sorting disk, ring and upper skid ramp. During rotation, thanks to centrifugal force, only correctly oriented caps are passing to gap between rotating disk and ring. System of blowing nozzles ensures blowing out (cleaning) the sorter exit in case of blockage by entangled caps and pushing out of the inadequate oriented caps. At upper part of the equipment there is the vibrating doser, which assures precise dosage of caps into sorting chamber. Correctly oriented caps are picked by skid ramp and go to the closing machine by the feeder.
