APPLICATION

Automatic linear volumetric bottles’ filling machine type ANO-750 is designated to filling bottles with different capacities and heights by water, vodka, non-carbonated drinks and other non- fizzing liquids.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

A filling machine fills packaging in a system as by volume as vacuously. Gravitational process of filling supported by vacuum enables without any problems to filling glass and plastic packaging. A pouring element fills provided packaging to a moment of emptying cylinder with defined capacity. An excess of product is directed to overflowing tank by overflowing conduit of pouring element. Pneumatic membrane pomp change the course of overflowing product from an overflowing tank to a feeding tank A vacuum makes an acceleration of filling and prevents dripping from a product pouring elements.
