AUTOMATIC MASS FILLING MACHINE TYPE ANM- 05 APPLICATION The automatic mass filling machine is applied for filling containers with homogeneous liquids about densities much running away from the density of the water, as well as high-foaming liquids. These are liquids applied mainly in the chemical industry, such as shampoos, liquids to rinsing, crop protection products, oils, etc. Glass and plastics packages about the capacity to 10000 ml can be filled.
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTIONThe Device works in the linear way. The empty packages are being moved by the lamellar conveyor. The sensor is deducting the appropriate amount of packages depending on the number of pouring elements. Next after stopping the conveyor, pouring elements are lowered and then a process of filling is starting. Flowmeters measuring out the amount of liquids flowing by them are key elements of the device. After filling containers pouring elements are lifted and filled containers are leaving a device after starting the lamellar conveyor. The device is characterized by a great accuracy of doses measured out of liquid, a wide assortment of packages which can serve and an easiness of the service – the device works automatically and it can be steered out with other devices in the bottling line.
