APPLICATION
The ZR–02 closing machine works in an automatic mode. Depending on the closing head used, it closes bottles with screw caps made of aluminium with the diameter of 18 ÷ 40 mm, the PILFER–PROOF and FLAVER–LOK types, with or without a protective ring or GUALLA type caps.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
The stand of the closing machine is fitted with a separately-driven closing head and conveyor reel. The closing machine is joined with a separately-driven apron conveyor for bottles. Above the closing head there is a receptacle for caps with a segregating device and a slide tube, through which caps are transferred to the closing zone. The programmable control system allows a flexible capacity adjustment. The rotation speed of the rotary closing head can be adjusted to the capacity of the closing machine. Appropriate caps are taken form the slide tube and automatically put on bottle tops. Capped bottles are conveyed to a next machine by means of an apron conveyor.
